Grew up in Los Angeles back in the day when the families grew their own fruits and vegetables. I incorporate them in my diet everyday. I am constantly moving, dancing, and find laughter great for the attitude. Never without water, use Chinese herb supplements because of my traveling. Use low VOC paints, LED lights, cotton fabrics for drapery,energy efficient appliances always. Cook later in evening and use washer and dryer at night.
